I’m Dr, Julie Miller, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a PhD in Counseling. I work with individuals who are used to holding it all together, but feel overwhelmed, anxious, and mentally drained behind the scenes. Over 10 years of experience helping individuals reduce anxiety and break patterns of overthinking.
My approach is structured, practical, and focused on real change. We identify and break the patterns driving anxiety so you can feel calmer, think clearly, and regain control.
For some individuals, anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm are also connected to past experiences or unresolved trauma. I incorporate trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, to help clients process difficult experiences and move forward with greater clarity, calm, and confidence.
